01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PulseLeague ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PulseLeague Ltd ("we", "us", "our").

02 Description of Service

PulseLeague is an AI-powered fantasy sports platform that allows users to build virtual teams, compete in leagues, and earn credits based on real-world sporting events. The Platform is a game of skill, not a gambling service. Key distinctions include:

• No real-money wagering is involved. Credits are earned through gameplay performance.
• Outcomes are determined by strategic decisions, not chance.
• The Platform operates under fantasy sports regulations, not gambling laws.

03 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use PulseLeague. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

04 User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Not create multiple accounts or share account access with others.

05 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Engage in any form of cheating, exploitation, or manipulation of game mechanics.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

06 Subscription & Payments

PulseLeague offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

07 Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and data compilations — are the exclusive property of PulseLeague Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseLeague Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

09 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

10 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
